CD Europe boasts 1,209,842 listings in its database. The only problem is that a million of them are out of print, and just taking up space. A compete waste of time.
You should spend more time deleting out of print and old listings. People wouldn’t have to wait six weeks to find out they will never see the item they wanted.
Won’t do business with in the future.

Your prepaid calling plans are a joke. On the surface, they offer an easy way to use your service without the large monthly fees associated with regular plans.
However, using the minimum minutes package at $15.00 expires in thirty days. So at the very least, you have to pay $15.00/month for this service.
This is not choice. This is just another monthly plan.
Real choice would be to offer minutes that lasted at a minimum of a year– or what an idea… they don’t expire? But you wouldn’t be making any money off a plan like that, so why not make people think you offer convenience, when you just offer another monthly plan.
Phone companies are amongst the biggest crooks of capitalism, just falling behind insurance companies.
Other thoughts–
Charging for touchtone? Are you people kidding? You know that 99.9% of all automated phone systems need touchtone for access, so there is no way that anyone cannot pay for touchtone service. A nice little scam you got going. You people are really a bunch of snakes.
After line charges, hidden charges, taxes, and god knows what else you throw in a bill, a $16.00 bill becomes $26.00. Don’t worry about cheating the people now; I wouldn’t want you to lose any sleep.
You guys would charge for the breath expelled from our lungs if you could.

You have a “Zionist Terrorism” section of your site. Where is the “Arab Terrorism” section??
You guys are in a stupid circle of land and religion. Hamas blows up a bus. Israel retaliates and assassinates someone. Hamas blows up a bus. Don’t you know how stupid you people look?
There will never be peace until the Palestinians give up terrorism. When you guys stop killing, maybe then Israel can let you people live. But until you act in a civil manner, you guys are going to be imprisoned. It’s just that simple.
It would serve you well to eradicate Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and all those other LOSER groups who insist on using naive, pea-brained, brainwashed kids to do their dirty work.
Ever wonder why Islam gets a bad wrap? Well, because jerks like Hamas and the Palestinians who follow them like to kill innocent people.
What do you expect Israel to do when their people are being killed on busses?
You guys are lucky you are not neighbors with the United States.
Can you imagine what would happen if the United States had a neighbor that constantly kept killing innocent people? We would wipe out entire cities. Just be thankful Israel doesn’t level Palestine.
You people don’t learn. You will wait until the US gets involved, then there will be no more Hamas. The US already has eyes on Iran, and once Iran falls, you guys are really up shit’s creek!
In the next twenty years, the United States will have a GREAT Middle East presence. We will control much of what goes on in the Arab world. Get used to it!
It will take American ingenuity to make this thing work!

Subject: Dying For Water? Are You Kidding?
Date: Thursday, June 05, 2003 2:52 PM
Two-thirds of Earth is covered with water. Thanks to our atmosphere, water isn’t going away anytime soon. WE HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH WATER FOR EVERYONE IN THE WORLD!!!
If governments would spend more time and resources on desalination, we would not have this discussion. We could take that ocean water and provide this to millions of poor people in many third-world countries.
Also, it’s funny how man will build billion-dollar pipelines for OIL, but when it comes to WATER, they couldn’t care less about those starving and dying in Africa because of drought!!!
When there is more money in water than oil, man will make it a point to invest in providing a backbone for water transport and purification the world over.
So don’t go telling us the water is in short supply, and DON’T ever tell me to conserve. We have more than enough water. It’s time for every government to get serious about using *all* the water available to us.

Subject: PETA Needs Direction
Date: Friday, April 18, 2003 1:24 PM
First of all, you guys need to figure out if you want to promote vegetables or animals.
You can walk up to any person on the street and no one wants animals to be mistreated, neglected or harmed in any way. But because I don’t want people to harm a rabbit doesn’t mean I want to take on the rabbit diet!
For some sick reason, you have lumped animal rights with being a vegetarian, and telling people what to eat. Stick to telling people not to harm their animals; don’t tell people what to eat.
Have you heard of the food chain? Well, it just so happens we are at the top. While you are at it, you’d better tell that bear to stop eating meat. After all, he is hurting an animal when he kills it for food, isn’t he?
Why don’t you make distinctions between bears and humans? They kill other animals to survive, so why don’t you speak out against the bears? I guess there is no bear conventions or gatherings to picket. Humans seem to group together at certain events, and it’s easier for PETA to crash those. After all, we just yell at you. The bear would kill you. Good choice.
Your cause will never be taken seriously until you give up the vegetarian angle. You are best known for your ad campaigns and throwing paint on furs. That’s not a great legacy. People should talk about PETA as a group that can save and help animals, not for annoying humans.
No matter how much we love animals, we can’t put them above ourselves. That is how evolution “evolved”. If the dominant breed keeps giving in to the inferior breed, that helps no one, and only makes life harder for future generations. You may love your dog, but if you could only carry out one thing in a burning house, would it be your dog or your child? Yes, your child. No matter how we love our animals, humans come first.
Which leads me to drug testing and lab animals. This is also why you will never gain real power. People know that if they can save their son or daughter by testing monkeys in a lab, well by god they are going to do it. Now, there needs to be human standards, but saving human life is more important that animal life. It’s just that black and white.
Like it or not, humans, not animals rule the world. Humans have the final say, not the animals. We can make their lives as easy as possible, but the food chain doesn’t lie. The top will always win. There is no point in fighting it.
Start focusing on animal cruelty and I’ll be with you. Tell me what to eat, and I’ll tell you where to go.

Subject: Indiscriminate Bombing?
Date: Friday, April 04, 2003 3:59 PM
Here is a quote from one of your articles on your English web site:
“I expect to hear bad news in any moment, because the bombing is indiscriminate,” said Faleh al-Khattab, an Al-Jazeera colleague in the newsroom, who has three sisters and three brothers living in Iraq.
Indiscriminate? Maybe you are not watching the same war? Maybe you are talking about the indiscriminate shooting of Iraqi civilians by Saddam’s butcher forces?
We can shoot a cruise missile through a back window anytime we want to. There is nothing indiscriminant about our tactics. We don’t want to kill any civilians, as they will be the ones VOTING for their new government after the current “bubble baath” party is history.
Maybe your colleagues should stick to reporting the facts and not offering up their own biased and slanted views. I even saw one report where one of your guys mentioned the coalition removing mines from the sea. He said something about how they were interfering with the salt water! Are you guys nuts? These mines were put there by Iraq to destroy ships, mostly aid ships they knew would be coming. Time to report all the war atrocities Iraq is involved in.

Subject: What’s With The Heat/Blur Effect?
Date: Saturday, March 29, 2003 11:46 PM
Hey Nintendo, you guys really like running an effect into the ground. With the N64, it was fog. Every damn game had fog. Of course, this was to cover up issues with polygon counts and clipping, I’m sure.
Now, with the Game Cube, your new favorite effect is the heat/blur effect, which sadly, can be seen in just about every background scene in Mario Sunshine, and is visible in Wind Waker near lanterns and fires, where it should be.
Come on, it’ can’t be that hot on Delfino Island!!!!
And what’s with the water themes?? One game surrounded by water is good enough, but after Mario Sunshine, I have to endure more water with Zelda?? I just finished Mario, and I’d like to be on solid ground. You should have your teams working independent of one another, as ideas sure crossed paths here for these two titles.
Although I like Wind Waker so far, I would have liked it better on land. Zelda was made to walk on land. I feel a bit cheated waiting for 5 years for some small island adventures. Nintendo could have done better than that!
Is there a Wind Waker song for blowing smoke up all our @sses? Just kidding

Subject: You Guys Have No Shame!
Date: Sunday, March 23, 2003 7:18 PM
You guys have no shame, showing such images on your web site. It’s no wonder why Arabs hate Americans, when you inflame them with images and lies about how we want to kill innocents. It seems that you are angry with us for killing civilians, when it’s the Iraqi leadership that puts their own civilians in harms way. Funny how you never had an ill word for Saddam? Doesn’t this man have any flaws in your eyes?
When we finally remove Saddam from Iraq, and the people speak freely, will Al-Jazeera still report what the newly free people have to say about Saddam? All the bad things they have to say?
My guess is that Al-Jazeera won’t show images of these happy, free people, but continue to show the propaganda that is streaming from their biased satellites.
The difference between the Arab news and American news is simple. We freely and often report mistrust, abuse and general dissatisfaction with our government. We show anti-war protests and the like. The Arabs ONLY show pro-Arab images. They never show Arabs condemning their own.
That is the difference between truth and propaganda. Whether you like it or not, the US will soon bring truth to the middle east, and by the grace of your Allah, may it spread world-wide.

Subject: AOL 1045 Free hours!
Date: Sunday, March 23, 2003 5:50 PM
You guys offer 1045 hours free to be used during a 45-day period. Are you people insane? That equates to 23.2 hours per day! You might as well make it 1,000,000 free hours, as no one will ever use 1045 hours within 45 days, unless they keep their connection on. But that won’t work, because AOL is known for their many disconnects.
I remember the old days when it was 50 free hours, then 100, and so on. You guys are sick.
Another thing. You should make it as easy to cancel as you do to join. To join, boy, you can do that in a couple minutes. To cancel, you have to call up and deal with a rep that uses smooth talk to try and keep you as a customer. It goes something like this:
YOU: I want to cancel.
REP: You know you still have some free time. So why don’t you use us until your time expires.
YOU: But I want to cancel.
REP: Are you unhappy, I can give you an extra month. All this is done in the hope that the next month, or when your time does expire, you forget to call back up, and you are billed.
Seeing that the AOL stock price has fallen about 95% from it’s high, you guys should stop with these tactics and get real!
And all those free discs you send out? I save those, and will sell them on eBay in the future!! At least I’ll get some of my money back!
AOL is the WORST when it comes to spam! Just one entry into a chat room and your member name (which is your e-mail) is harvested, and you are forever on a mailing list. You guys need to change your system so the member name is not the e-mail.

Date: Monday, February 10, 2003 11:14 PM
Why did you guys stop producing the APBA football game? The “new” game at www.sportsgamepublishing.com totally SUCKS! How cheap can they get? All perforated cards? Thin, flimsy playing boards? Stickers for the team envelopes?
What happened to the old days when you had “REAL” cards and sturdy boards?
I would like to know why APBA is not producing the football game with the high quality it has in previous years.
This new game is a joke. For the price they are charging, this is junk!
Someone really screwed up at APBA. All the dedicated football fans over the years really got shafted. I wouldn’t be caught dead playing this “new” game.
What happened?

Subject: Sorry To Say, Nintendo Has Lost It!
Date: Saturday, February 07, 2004 6:19 PM
Nintendo used to be the standard-bearer for all gaming systems. Now, it’s too bad Nintendo was left behind.
You guys missed the boat in CD gaming, and you missed the boat in on-line play. The real downfall of Nintendo is its ego. You feel that if Nintendo isn’t doing it, it’s not right for gaming.
I guess it started way back, when you guys continued to use game cartridges (so you could charge royalties) when you could have easily switched to the CD format. And then when the Game Cube comes out, surprise, a new proprietary format disc. Who would have guessed?
When the hottest thing in the gaming world was on-line multiplayer, where was Nintendo? I guess Nintendo is happy at the end of the pack.
And another, very petty thing. I just went and read the list of games for the original NES system. In that list is “Punch-Out!! Featuring Mr. Dream”, Oct. 1987. Do you not have a backbone? This title was Mike Tyson’s Punch-Out. What, afraid some parent will get offended by the use of Mike Tyson in the title, so you change the original release to the Mr. Dream version, which was a piece of shit, and only made because Nintendo had no back-bone back then to stand behind their game?
Nintendo won’t be around in ten years time, and that’s a shame since you had the world. You cater to little kids and forget about the people who made Nintendo what you are. Yeah, give us more fuzzy character games, and forget about the good stuff, because you are doomed to go the way of all the other great systems that lost their way.

Date: Sunday, April 18, 2004 10:16 AM
Now, Abd al-Aziz al-Rantisi can practice what he preaches to all those mindless disciples of his that strap explosives to their bodies and die for a doomed culture.
He is now in paradise, and the world is better off without this garbage. He however was too smart to kill himself, as he leaves that up to the kids of Palestine.
Hamas must realize that violence against a superior power is meaningless. Israel can kill all the Arabs in Palestine in a day. That’s no problem. You must realize you have to live with them. There will never be peace until you realize this.
It’s only a matter of time before Arafat is himself targeted for death by Israel. If for some reason Hamas or any of the other terror groups that fill the region shall do harm to any senior party member of Israel, Arafat would be killed within hours.
So see, the thing you are trying to get, freedom, will never be accomplished by suicide bombs. You must understand this. You need to put hatred aside, and come to terms with the real situation. The only power you have is to control your own people. You cannot and never will be able to control Israel.
How many more Hamas members have to die? And why is Hamas so scared to release the name of the next leader? What kind of organization is that? That shows Hamas IS scared of Israel, and knows they are superior in terms of firepower. This is a good start.
Now, you must put all your efforts into helping the Palestinian people, who Arafat has done NOTHING for. Dedicate all your time and money into helping those people and NOT spreading terror, and Hamas may become legit someday in the eyes of the West.
Until then, Hamas is just another terror organization, and the US will never take sides against Israel when they target Hamas leaders.
It’s time to re-think your strategy.

Subject: Prescription Drugs & Canadian Imports
Date: Thursday, December 23, 2004 8:33 AM
Dear Senator Clinton– President would sound much nicer;)
The Democrats are not winning the fight on re-importation of Prescription Drugs, both in the public and political arenas, because you haven’t put a face on this issue and broken it down to its bare essentials– people. Fox News will tell you all day how much danger is involved in importation. You need a stronger voice.
As you may know, most of the drugs imported from Canada are the *exact* same drugs you will buy here in the US, right down to the labels on the drugs. These are drugs that are FDA approved in the United States and purchased by senior citizens every day by going over the Canadian border.
The Republicans are being very crafty here. They are using on-line, other international and fraudulent sales to scare people into thinking these drugs are not safe. As you know, there is room for fraud for everything sold on-line. We are not talking about doing business with back-door dealers; we are talking about drugs made by Merck and Phizer. By adding the on-line component, the Republicans are getting better results scaring people away from this issue.
The Internet component needs to be taken out of this debate. *Anything* can be purchased on the Internet. That doesn’t mean we stop all commerce. On-Line sales from licensed, reputable pharmacies, both here and abroad should always be available to everyone. This issue is just muddying up the water. The real issue is the drugs.
Now, what do the Democrats have to do? Put a face on this issue. You need to find senior citizens, or anyone for that matter that regularly goes across the border to buy prescription drugs. You need to show how they receive great discounts from going to Canada, and that the drugs are *exactly* the same as in the US, but without the high premiums we must pay. You also need to show how people are struggling to purchase drugs here in the US. If you put a face on this issue, and have people both importing drugs from Canada, and buying here, and show they are the same drugs, with labels and FDA approval, I think you can go a long way to win this argument.
What better than a press conference with testimony from the actual persons? Something needs to be done, and I know that Health Care reform is one of many causes that you have championed in the past. Maybe you can get my fine senator Edward Kennedy involved!
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I’m 28 and have never voted. I’m saving my first vote for you!
