I normally don’t swear, but please excuse my French when I say that Pat Robertson is the BIGGEST FUCKING IDIOT on the face of this Earth. He is the reason there isn’t a God, because if there were, any righteous God would have offed Robertson’s sorry ass a long time ago. This tired, old, irrelevant, and senile man should keep walking off into the sunset of this flat Earth, dragging his knuckles all the while.

Let’s reminisce… 9-11 was God’s way of dealing with homosexuality. Katrina was God’s way of telling us we are aborting too many fetuses. But this one, this is Robertson’s best… the Haiti earthquake was God’s way of showing anger at the people of Haiti for making a pact with the devil hundreds of years ago. Yes, even the babies and young children. They all are condemned to die. Sighs… a pact with the devil.

Robertson is a right-wing, Christian fundamentalist, nutbag, who is waiting patiently for the rapture, and would like nothing more than to witness the second-coming before his time here on this Earth is done.

Here’s the rub. The main religion of Haiti is Roman Catholic, with some 80-85% of people following some form of Catholicism. Would Robertson speak ill of Haiti if 85% were born again Christians? Of course not! Because the people of Haiti don’t practice the “right” religion, they are a condemned people.

It’s very clear-cut in Pat Robertson’s whacky world– if you don’t accept Jesus Christ as your lord and savior, you are going to hell. Period. Convert or you will burn eternally. Sounds like they are on par with fundamentalist Muslims, who also support convert or be killed doctrine. If Pat Robertson can justify the death of tens of thousands of children and their proper path to hell, I can justify my statement… I wish Pat Robertson death. I wish him a death as horrible as being crushed in a hole.

In other asshole news, I can’t (or should I say can) believe how Rush Limbaugh can politicize this tragedy. If this had happened during the Bush administration, Rush would have priased Bush for quickly taking the international lead. But because Obama is in the White House and he wants Obama to fail, as he has so stated, he’d rather Obama not send any money and have the international community look down upon this country, all for the sake of the capital “D” next to Obama’s name.

Actually, Rush wouldn’t want us to know about any tragedy, for fear that it could make Obama look good in the eyes of the world. That hurts too much, even if it means letting thousands of people die. It’s more important Obama fail than our country be a shining beacon in the eyes of the world.

Thank goodness for Michael Savage. That’s all I want to say. If I understand Pat Robertson correctly, I can deduce that Pat is stupid, God is an asshole, and the Christians who support Pat are monsters. It’s times like these when I’m proud to be an atheist.
