It’s been debated whether or not Fox News’ Jim Angle has shit for brains. Well, there is no more debate– he does indeed have shit for brains!

In what can only be described as censorship in the most obvious light, especially in protecting or trying to protect one from embarrassing, even illegal activity, Jim Angle, when speaking about the resignation of CIA director Porter Goss, refused to tell the public a key issue in what may be a primary reason the director abruptly resigned.

And when I say refused, I mean he flat-out stated to the public we was not going to mention it. WoWz0rz! Can you imagine if it were a Democrat? Clinton even? You’d have to drag him off the set from talking about it all day.

A Shill Game

When interviewing a member of Congress, Angle asked his guest if the recent “rumblings” about matters he won’t discuss on air, could have contributed to the abrupt resignation. What? Won’t discuss? Well, this is Fox News I guess. Luckily we all have access to the web, and I could read the AP story of what really is going on.

Well, I found it. It is possible that Goss may be involved in the Duke Cunningham prostitute scandal.

Federal authorities are investigating allegations that a California defense contractor arranged for a Washington area limousine company to provide prostitutes to convicted former congressman Randy “Duke” Cunningham (R-Calif.) and possibly other lawmakers [Insert Porter Goss Here], sources familiar with the probe said.

I Walk The Party Line

So Angle was just doing his conservative/replublican duty of hiding details that may or may not involve Porter Goss? So he’s selectively choosing the news you need to hear in order to form your favorable opinions of the Bush administration– and we know they’ll take anyone who likes them these days.

Now, I don’t need anymore proof that Fox News is nothing more than an arm of the White House press office; but withholding information of this type is inexcusable. Period. He could have prefaced the accusation with a note about the credibility of the information, but he owes it to the public to state the truth.

Jim Angle has been added to the short list of Asshole Of The Year candidates.
